About the Area
Considering a working person what he or she needs:
1. Security – we have New York City Police Department precinct 110 just a few blocks away. We have CCTV cameras system around the building. We have intercom doorbell. Each apartment has its own locked door.
2. Food – you can find all kind of food. Not only food but price. Very reasonable price. Not only one shop place, many competitive shopping stores to bargain. Not overstock food but all fresh, delicious and tasty food.
3. Convenience – buses, subways and highways, you name it. Post Office, library, 4.5 stars rated School, hospitals, banks, 24/7 stores, 24/7 restaurants, 99 cent stores, the two famous big New York malls, Parks, zoo, Queens science center, a 95-acres fresh meadow lake and much more.
4. Qualities – based on neighborhood scout report: in my area, 67 statistics, 0 crime, 0 alarm. 36% the working population is employed in executive, management, and professional occupations.
5. Rental Real estate – the average rental price in my area is $1972. Median real estate price is $759,025 which is more expensive than 82.7% of the neighborhoods in New York and 94.2% of the neighborhoods in the U.S.

Please pay rest payment up on arrival.
No refund if the guest contacts 1 day before arrival. 80% refund if the guest contacts the host 7 days before arrival.

There is a $15 refundable keys to the guest when a guest arrives.

Spending a month at Linda's was great. The room is in a well located area near 2 subway stations, queens center mall and various shops. Going to Manhattan is easy and less than 30 minutes away. The neighborhood is calm and I wasn't really worried, walking back at night.
Linda is a warm and accommodating host who will help you make your trip go as smoothly as possible. She is easy to contact and answer quickly.
I would recommend Linda to my friends. You can book with closed eyes!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
