Hi, a very warm welcome from Sarah and Clifford, we have a great love of sports and love walking on a daily basis. We enjoy outdoor life and gardening. socializing with friends. Our extended family live nearby and we visit them on a regular basis. We really enjoy meeting new people.

About the Area
The house is ideally located, surrounded by all kinds of convenience stores. The 39a bus route stop is in front of our house and will take you directly to Dublin City Centre in 35 minutes and the nearest Train Station is about a 20-minute walk. We are within 15 minutes walking distance of supermarkets including Dunnes Stores, a hairdresser, cafes, pubs and a pharmacy. We have Lidl and Aldi supermarkets nearby too. There are also some nice parks to go to for a walk. Blanchardstown Shopping Centre with a very large choice of shops and a cinema is 3km away or 15 minutes by bus. TU Blanchardstown Campus is 25 minutes by bus. It is the best place to stay if you are a professional or a student.

4. You are responsible for your own cleaning and washing, an Air dryer and Basket has been supplied at
no extra cost
5. Please keep the room and any room you use clean and tidy
6. You can cook for yourself, no issues, help yourself
7. No Pets, No Couples, no “Bringing in a friend”, if you want to meet a friend, meet them elsewhere like
a Coffee shop.

9. The sitting room, other bedroom are all off limits, so please do not enter.
10. Please pay a deposit on Arrival

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
