Stay on one of the most scenic seaside roads in Dublin, nicknamed as the “Irish Bay of Naples", a truly unique location.
We are delighted to offer you bright and spacious ensuite rooms, with a sea view, totally independent from our part of the house, making it quite private and giving you plenty of space!
The area is residential, quiet and safe, with amazing views over Killiney bay. Here you can enjoy the seaside landscape and connect with Nature. Going to the local DART station is a 15 minutes’ walk, giving you access to Dublin City Centre within 30min.
We are a welcoming couple, available if you need us and happy to help, but we like respecting each other’s privacy so will only go into your bedroom for maintenance. Our cat is friendly but stays on the ground floor.
You have full access to the laundry room downstairs.
Bicycles are also available for use, including helmets, at your own risk.
We have paid attention to the details and want your stay with us to be as enjoyable as possible. The rooms are cleaned and sanitized to high standard.
Our beds offer ultimate comfort with thick mattresses and mattress toppers. Bed sheets and duvet covers are made of cotton or linen, washed with non-bio detergent and ironed with care. Throws are made in Donegal with Irish wool.

2 bright and spacious bedrooms with independent bathrooms. Very private - Full access to the top Lounge too. We can also accommodate families of 4 people sharing one bathroom. please contact us for this.

We kindly ask you to keep noise levels low after 11pm. No friend(s) allowed overnight.
Payment Method: we kindly ask you to pay the remaining balance 2 days before check-in via Paypal, Revolut, or bank transfer.
Things to note: with 4 levels and no lift, the house is not accessible to wheelchairs’ users.

A dream setting by the sea with sunrise for breakfast. Warm hosts from whom we received good and useful tips for excursions.
There was also an excellent whiskey from the host. :-)
The house is very big and beautiful. The location invites you to go for a walk and relax by the sea. Those who dare can also go swimming at two bathing spots.
Or walk, in 15 minutes, to the city center or to the S-Bahn.
We felt very comfortable with Elisabeth and Ross and would love to come back.Originaltext:
Eine traumhafte Umgebung am Meer mit Sonnenaufgang zum Frühstück. Herzliche Gastgeber von dem wir gute und nützliche Tipps für Ausflüge erhalten haben.
Auch einen vorzüglichen Whiskey gab es vom Hausherrn. :-)
Das Haus ist sehr groß und wunderschön. Die Lage läd ein, am Meer spazieren zu gehen und zu entspannen. Wer sich traut kann auch schwimmen gehen, an zwei Badestellen.
Oder zu Fuss, in 15 Minuten, ins Stadtzentrum oder zur S-Bahn zu gehen.
Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl bei Elisabeth und Ross und kommen gern wieder.Host reply

I loved the localisation of the house, the room was very comfortable with view on the sea. The hosts were amazing, kind and joyful. I would go back without a doubt!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en compagnie d'Elisabeth et Ross. Le logement est parfait, idéalement situé en bord de mer et à quelques pas de Dublin en transport en commun. Leur accompagnement fut un atout indéniable dans notre découverte de l'ile et la chaleur de leur accueil nous a mis tout de suite à l'aise. Elisabeth and Ross are warm, welcoming and generous. They give you all the information you need. The house is great with spectacular views. Dalkey is a nice town. It was nice to walk along the seaside and in the parks. We had a great time in this house. Thanks a lot.

Ross and Elizabeth are such a lovely couple and they are always kind, considerate and willing to help me out.
The location is quite nice too and you would never get bored at this amazing ocean front view during your stay.
If this is your first time to come to Ireland, I would definitely recommend this lovely house!

Elisabeth and Ross were great hosts, they made me feel very welcome and at home for the week. The space provided by them is also fantastic, and so is the location. My only regret is that I was too busy at work to spend more time chatting to them!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
