Hello, I am a single mature woman, who lives 300m from Commercial/ Broadway Skytrain Station and 20,22,9,& 99 bus routes. My home is a ground floor 2 Bedroom suite of a large 4 suite Character Home, that looks onto the back patio\garden area. I have a large gentle dog that loves to cuddle and will give you many kisses.

About the Area
My suite is a 3 minute walk to what is known as "The Drive" in Vancouver. There are many specialty shops, restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, pubs and venues that host live entertainment.
Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

Chris and I had a lovely time at Shelley's. Her home and the room were clean and tidy, very comfortable. She has a lovely dog that is so friendly and gentle. Shelley is also such a lovely person - I agree with the previous comment that she is like our 'mum' in Vancouver - she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, she is a generous person and also has lots of local tips and tricks about Canada. This was our first trip to Canada & North America and what a great welcome we've had. Thank you Shelley!

Had a great time at Shelley's place, very cozy and comfy, she was very attentive when I needed help. The location is great as well.

It has been lovely to stay at Shelley's in Vancouver. The location has easy access to public transit. Very clean, bright and quite with access to a beautiful garden in the back. Shelley was a very kind and easy going host, enjoyed every minute of my stay there and recomment it to anybody looking for a comfortable place to stay in Vancouver area.

Shelley was very helpful and resourceful during my 2-months stay at her place. Everything was very clean and it stayed that way during my time there.

Shelley is a really nice person.
She have been "our mum" in Vancouver, she helped us for all, from campass card to solving personal situations.
I recommend to Shelley because is a good owner in general.

Shelley is a laid back person, and the communication with her, before and during my stay, was easy and efficient. Her space is nice and just a few steps away from many stores and a Sky Train station.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
