Mine is a three-bedroomed house, of which one Double Bedroom and one Single Bedroom are available. (See my separate listing for the 'Single Room'). The village is Balrothery, but it is close to Balbriggan. Dublin Airport is 20k via M1 from here. Dublin Bus #101 from Dublin Airport to ‘Balrothery Bridge’ bus stop will take you here in about 20-25 mins. The bus stop is 5 mins walk from my house. Balbriggan has a beautiful sandy beach and harbour.

About the Area
My house is in a quiet cul-de-sac. The seaside is about 5 mins by car, 20 mins walking. Bus Eireann #101 Bus Stop is 5 mins walk from my place. Train station is about 25 mins. walk. We have a Spar in Balrothery Village for essentials. In Balbriggan, Millfield is our nearest Shopping Centre and the Pavillions Shopping Centre in Swords is also not too far away. There are some really good pubs, restaurants, takeaways and there is also an Omniplex Cinema in Balbriggan.
Ardgillan Castle is our nearest Park which is very peaceful and nice to go for a walk and has beautiful views of the Mourne Mountains. As well as the castle, the demesne features a walled and rose garden and has a café and childrens’ playground.

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
