Hello,
We have been a homestay family since 2015 and have hosted students, travelers and newcomers from around the world. So far we have hosted guests from more than 15+ countries. We enjoy learning about different cultures and helping guests settle in Canada!
The house is a 2 floor house with a large kitchen with 2 fridges, dining room and comfortable living room. The house is beautifully decorated and it has lots of light and space. The rooms come with large window and private bathroom for a comfortable, luxurious and private stay. Each room comes with a queen size bed, 2 door large closet, a study desk and lots of storage space.
The place is 8 minutes direct bus ride from New West Skytrain Station. The bus comes frequently every 15 minutes.
The place is 5 minutes walk to Tim Hortons, cafes and 10 minutes walk to Walmart, Royal City Center Mall, New West Library, gym and much more! Everything you need within walking distance.
We are close to Douglas college, SFU, and JIBC, & BCIT

House Rules
Welcome dear guests:
-Check In at 3pm *Flexible and you may drop off luggage earlier
-Check Out at 10am* Flexible and you may leave your luggage if you want to explore the city and pick up later
House Rules:
-Occupancy per room is 1 person
-Keep outside shoes and inside shoes separate
-Please don’t flush anything else down the toilet, including feminine product
-Remove garbage and recyclable from room at the end of your stay or weekly to the designated area outside the house. The blue bin is recyclable (all plastic container, bottles, and etc.). Yellow bag is for paper products. Grey bin is glass and the black bin is garbage
-We have a large family size washer so laundry is 1 loads per week and 2 if you are washing bedding and please bring your washing detergent. The dryer is not available. Drying rack is available. No laundry from 10pm to 7am
-Please note quiet hour from 11pm to 7am to allow peaceful rest at night
-Please turn off all eletronics when you are out. This protects against power surge awith appliances when you are not home. Thank you for your help!
-Please use care and love with everything in the room and around the house
Any damages to the furniture or the house will have a cost to repair or replace* So far we have been lucky :)

The host is so nice and kind. The atomospher in the house was comfortble for me. All places were clean. Her cats and dogs make relaxing place, too. And they are quiet and polite. The area in the house was great ,too. My stay was short but I spent fullness time.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
