You will feel very welcome in our home, we are Australian and encourage you to practice English if it is not your first language.
Our house is freestanding with both front and back gardens. The local train station is directly across the road, less than 1 minutes walk, and trains run very regularly to the centre of the city of Sydney. We have one cat, his name is Flame.
My daughter attends Sydney University and catches a train to Redfern Station if you are going to UTS you would go to Central Station. This takes between 20-25 minutes train travel time.
The bedroom you will have has a double bed, desk wardrobe and bookcase. The house has 2 bathrooms and a couple of living areas.
There are 3 shopping malls in the surrounding suburbs, a swimming pool 2 suburbs away and a wide range of cafes and restaurants to find tasty food.
We are happy to collect you from the airport.

House Rules
We just ask for you to enjoy living with us and let us know if you have any concerns and we will do the same.
As Liliane is studying a lot of the time it is necessary to have peaceful and fairly quiet people staying with us, as a student I expect that you will need this too.
It helps if everyone can remember to clean up after using the bathroom and the kitchen. I will provide meals but hope that you will manage to make your own snacks.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
